Wednesday 25th July

Clouded over with a slight westerly wind, no fish showing near the surface currently.
Intermediate or medium sink fly line to get your flies around 10ft, where the fish have been sat for the last 48hours. The water temperature is still mild, but remaining cooler towards late evening and early morning.

A floating line and indicator teamed with Okey dokey "buzzers" doing the damage over the course of yesterday, so definitely worth a go with a team of not so traditional Okey Dokey patterns first off. Vary the depth on your initial approach to the lake as during the cooler mornings the trout have moved within 5-6ft of the surface.

Members Evening Session Tonight from 6:30pm til late!
Its been fishing excellent to deeply fished buzzers, so it should be good sport tonight!
Look forward to seeing you all by the water...
