Tuesday

The weathers excellent, cloudy with the occasional appearence from the sun.
Suprisingly mild with a slight easterly wind.
A virtual flat calm across curleys today.

Few anglers out on the water already.

After a heavy down pour last night the coarse lake has become a little murky. The inlet from the small lake into the large lake is flooding through, and a few trout seem to be cruising along the edges of where the slightly more coloured water meets the clear (a few metres from the inlet). The fish seem to be rising here, possibly feeding on some form of food that is flowing through to the trout lake.

Inlet from the small coarse lake to the large trout lake, rain has clouded the water from the small lake, although the large lake remains clear.

Fish rising across the lake again, both myself and Geoff have seen fish still feeding on small roach! Later on in the day.
Roach imitations?

Tightlines,
Nathan
