Not a bad looking day, we still have that North Easterly wind that has been present for the last few days but at least is it only a slight breeze now giving a gentle ripple.
Some good catches yesterday most notable was Fred Marsh and Mr Woodwood with 14 fish between them. Everybody caught yesterday and with some surprising tactics, stripping a muddler through the surface was one successful method.
Should be another good fly fishing day today.
On the coarse lake we had Jamie with his mum fishing with pink maggot and pulling roach out for fun - Some of them fairly good size as well.
