The Fly lake has been stocked today with some fine looking Triploid Rainbows to 6lbs. 

We also put in about 50 smaller rainbows - we are not changing our stocking policy by buying in smaller fish - they were simply a freebie from our fish supplier so it would have been rude not to accept!

We have another visit of school children on the coarse lake today.  This will be their 3rd visit and they must have caught over 200 up to now and are really enjoying it.

Should be a fairly good day for fly fishing so long as the rain keeps off. We had a good hatch of mayflies and sedges yesterday mixed in with the ever present buzzers of course.
