Saturday morning

With the forecast i expected curleys to be similar to the sea with the height of the waves, however! the wind is north-easterly, so most of the lake is sheltered, and virtually a flat calm in some areas.

Member Jim McGinley arrived bright and early, and its payed off with two bows to his net already!
Floating line, long leader and a green/white cats.

Safely returning a bow.

The odd fish rising, but not as many showing as yesterday, so possibly try a little bit deeper, this cold wind will be putting them down.

UPDATE:
The winds died down slightly but with some strong gusts every now and then.
The top half of the reservoir is sheltered, the suns even made an appearence, with clear sky in the distance.

Tightlines,
Nath
