Monday

Overclouded with a easterly wind, only a slight breeze. Fish are showing themselves along the ripples edge, towards the fishery tackleshop.
The temperature is around the same as it has been over the last few days, consistant weather patterns is what we want as the fish have chance to adapted to the temperature.

Early morning on Curleys trout lake

Gary did very well yesterday and managed 16 fish (including a nice blue of around 4lbs) mostly to a suspender buzzer, black with a gold ribbing.
The fish have been feeding very close to the surface over the last few days, and just slightly sub-surface flies have been doing the business.

UPDATE:
Member Gary Stanley had 3 fish to buzzers fished about 3-4ft down, floating line long leader.
Two anglers who were total beginners, rented tackle and had two fish between them to a dwial bach and a black & green booby.
Tightlines,
Nathan
