Another month passes by and we are definitely seeing signs of "winter". It has got appreciably colder day by day but surprisingly the fish are still near the surface, Jim McGinley with 5 fish this morning all only about 2 ft deep!
Over the last few days we managed to avoid a lot of the mayhem delivered to the South but it has still been windy and with hard downpours - this inevitably effected the fishing but today it is brighter and the fish were moving about a lot earlier on.
The rest of the week a similar pattern forecasted.
