Water temp matters.

Everyday curleys fishery is going to post up the temperature of the water, from the surface layer, to a few feet down and more.

Todays water temperature is 6.2 degrees about 2-3 feet down, the top foot is much warmer, between 7-8 degrees, with this warm weather heating up the first foot or so of water, buzzer hatches will be the main feeding source for alot of patrolling trout over the day.

As mike stated earlier the perfect temperature for trout is roughly 10degrees, the top foot will become warmer as the day progresses, later on the fishing will be excellent, curleys fishes brilliantly on warm days such as this, first thing, and between 3:30pm - dusk.

Tightlines.
