Buzzer hatches.

Alot of emerging insects happening all over the lake, large buzzer hatches blowing into the dam wall, with the easterly wind.

Few fish caught not great in numbers, however this will change as the temp rises a little more.
Soon as it hits the magic 10degrees it will be excellent sport. The top surface layer is warming up nicely, and alot of aquatic chronomid movement happening all over the lake.

Olive colour lures, goldhead olive, black beetles (subsurface). Floating line off the damn wall, no need to cast a great distance, fish are being caught within the first few feet of the wall.
Get them small size 20 olive buzzers tied on!

Fish captures!

Mr. Dave Cadman, with 3 fish to a varied amount of patterns, orange blob !
Mr P. Stevens has had 2 fish to a olive damsel goldhead.
Mr Mark woodrow with 4 fish to a olive damsel pattern.

Mr R Mathers finished on 4 fish to olive damsel pattern, and one to the black buzzer. "The fish are roughly 5-6ft down, rising to take terrestrials and emergers."

Mrs Reed's capture, nice fish caught to a klinkhammer pattern.
(this photo doesnt do the fish justice! it was pushing 4lbs!)

I will try my best and get photos of fish being caught!
