Today's current conditions, 1pm.
As you can see from the video the easterly wind is reasonably strong, but not enough to be unpleasant.
The current hot spots seem to be the main basin towards pontoon 2 and 3.

Today's Top Rods:
Member Phil Reese with 5 trout, all to dries! daddies, klinks etc
Member Phil Reese with 5 trout, all to dries! daddies, klinks etc
Member Jim McGinley with 3 fish within a few hours, to cats whiskers.
The majority of the trout over the last few days have been caught to simple yet effective lures, black fritz and cats whiskers doing well.
Fished no more than 6ft down, when there's plenty of cloud cover. However if/when the sun returns the fish tend to head to slightly deeper water and a lot of fish tend to be caught between 10-16 feet. The water temperature is remaining quite even. However because of this, the fish has switched on to the feed at various depths.
UPDATE:
Rain has now fallen over the fishery, and hasn't stopped for the last hour or so.
[2:45pm]
I will notify viewers of any changes to the conditions.
Tight lines,
