Zonkers doing the business!

Zonkers seem to be catching the majority of the fish yet again, white and natural zonkers doing the business so far, with the good old cats whisker catching fish.
The weather isnt as bad as forecast, wind is minimal, westerly. However it is raining, but it isnt putting off the anglers on the lake today!


Its suprisingly mild, with fish very close to surface, trout rising all over the lake and are continuously doing so.

First cast brings a fish to a zonker, for our member Mr J. Donohue.
Plenty of fish being caught first thing, mainly to lures upto now.

Heres a picture taken of a stunning slender fully finned bow, look at the tail on it! No wonder it put up a good account for itself!
