Lovely sunny day, bit of a breeze from the East giving a good ripple. We need some warmer weather to just raise the water temperature a little and then all the fish will be more active and feed longer and harder.
This time of year can be a little deceptive - It feels warm in the sun and away from any wind but the water is still very cold about 6 degrees. Around 10 degrees is ideal for Rainbows. The forecast is for warmer temps for the next 3 or 4 days so lets see what effect that has!
