Saturdays midday update

The wind at curleys has increased unfortuneatly, still westerly.
Some nice fishing coming out now although catch rates have been less due to difficult casting conditions, Mr Patt Brown has had 4 fish and lost 2 at the net, Jim McGinley finished on 4 fish. Mr J Donohue has had a very nice fully finned blue, touching 4lbs.

Sundays looking alot better conditions, alot less wind, and even some sun!
Pressure is too reach a max of 1039mb.
With a high of 14 degrees midday.

Would just like to assure anglers that the FREE COARSE FISHING on opening day will only take place in the small coarse lake, NOT the trout lake.
