Excellent start!

Its a little windy today at curleys, westerly wind blowing at 20-25 mph in gusts.
5 Anglers out on the water the catch rate is good, Anglers that currently stand out, Jim McGinley netting four bows, and Mr Patt Brown with three fish.

Killing patterns seem to be the consistant Black Fritz, and a black and green goldhead tadpole also catching fish for Mr Brown.

Floating lines and long leaders seem to be the norm, however with the occasional gust i would recommend a slow intermediate line to take your flies through the wind. Its definitely worth sticking it out against the wind, as this is where most of the fish will be.

Tightlines,
Nath
