Pike fishing...

I know this is straying from the usual blogs, but ive had a few requests to share this photo with blog viewers.

A rather handsome bailiff holding a respectable 21lb Pike, she was a big girl!

Ring the fishery office to book your day ticket, limited spaces available per day.
Pre booking is essential.

This time of year is not only excellent for the trout fishing but the pike are gorging themselves also!

Please check you have all the equipment needed.

    That's a real beauty. I don't do much pike fishing in the fall. Maybe I will start. I've caught a lot of big pike over the years.
