Boxing Day Report
A number of intrepid fly fishers came out today all of them catching.
The 2 standout results were Howard Croston with over 16 fish up to 6 lbs and Chris Brown with over 16 fish up to 7lbs.
Both significantly were fishing with flies they had tied themselves but were large lures.
Basically anything big i.e. up to size 10 long shank, patterns like zonkers, minkies, Cats on a long shank and I am sure Appetisers would also work.
If you are at a loose end tomorrow you know where the action is.......!!

Thanks for today Mike good sport and the new platforms are spot on - I finished with 21 - Di3 slow figure eight was the best for me .....
