What a Eary start to the morning, flat calm, slowly developing into a slight westerly ripple.
The trout not showing as much as previous days, although it is a little cooler, so they have more than likely gone a little deeper. Still feeding on small roach! which can be seen first thing in the morning or later on at night, this is when they take advantage of the light conditions to hunt their prey!
Deeply fished zonkers, or large fritz's doing the killing recently, although natural patterns doing well, with Member Phil Rees hooking into quite a few fighting fit bows to dwial bachs recently....
Vary your depth, vary the patterns and find the fish, find the pattern theyre after!
