Warm spell continues broken with the odd shower. We really need more rain to reduce the water temps.
Fish are being caught to a variety of methods some very deep and others quite deep - see the common denominator - DEEP!

When that water temps is high like this we need to look at how we unhook and release the fish.

As a rule the higher the water temperature and the larger the fish the longer it takes for the fish to fully recover before release. You must allow a longer time than normal for the fish to recover if not, it will never recover. We are beginning to get the odd dead fish and this is the main contributory factor.
