An horrendous night has fortunately given way to better weather, albeit still a little draughty.
Bits of showers with bits of sunshine would appear to be the format for the day.

North West Nomads are here today for a little fishing comp. Slowish start as you would expect but a few fish are now beginning to be caught.

A few fishing beginning to rise and move about as the conditions improve, floating line and long leader will possibly be the best approach all in all but maybe st\rting with a slow intermediate.
The fish are still not really in the mood to do a lot of chasing, slow a very slow retrieve or let it hang might reap rewards.
